Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy At JT Watersports, we understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation may not be eligible for a refund. For the safety of our customers, reservations may be affected by **unsafe weather, storms, or water conditions. If JT Watersports determines that conditions are unsafe, we will offer to reschedule your booking for another available date and time. If you are unable to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, a full refund may be accepted and issued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the safety of all our customers.
